5:21 to MSP...

Sitting here at Denver International Airport, I really don't want to get on this flight. My brief trip to Colorado has been such a nice break from reality. Getting on this plane means going back to my math assignment that is due on Monday, my econ group project that hasn't been started due to uncooperative group members, mountains of papers, and the stress that comes with the end of the semester and finals. I hate finals with all of my being. It's a double-edged sword really, on one hand it's the end of the semester which means winter break in Colorado, and on the other hand it means boatloads of stress and late nights drinking too much coffee. I will feel so much better once I'm done with the semester.

Although getting on this flight means I must return to reality, it also means that I get to see Luke and my roommates. It means that we get to put up our tree tomorrow, and it means that we get to act completely ridiculous. Friends equal less stress, in most cases at least. ;) So here I am, faced with yet another double-edged sword. Colorado has my family, which I miss so dearly. Minnesota has my friends, Luke, and all of my childhood memories. I should probably just be thankful that I have two "homes"...when others only have one. The more love you get the better, right?

xoxo, Eden!
