Ever since I can remember I've always hated running, and despite attempts to change that hate into love, I never really learned to love it. I was talking to a coworker, who used to be a personal trainer, about this little rut I've recently gotten into and she suggested I start running. I told her basically the same thing I started this post out with and she told me about a program called Couch to 5K. It is a 9 week program that basically transforms you from a couch potato to someone who could easily run a 5k race.
I've always known that running was the best way to get into shape, but I've always just told myself that "I'm just not a runner." But I'm really going to give this a shot. I'm not 100% sure that I'm going to succeed, but I am going to give my all to get into shape.
Have any of you ever heard of Couch to 5K before?
I've never done this before but I know a few other people who have and had great success with it.

ReplyDeleteOooo I've done this! It's fab! I honestly used to believe I was allergic to running until I decided to give it a try. Now I've become a bit of an running addict!
