apple annies

While Luke's parents were visiting, we drove to Point Marion, PA to give Apple Annie's a try. After hearing rave reviews from a few coworkers, it did not disappoint. The menu is mostly filled with different home-cooked comfort foods, but they also have burgers and a few other things. I ordered the creamed chicken with biscuits which was out of this world, and i'm pretty sure I left needing pants in a size bigger. Probably the best find was their dessert counter which is filled with everything from fresh apple dumplings to cinnamon rolls to the sloppiest and most delicious looking cakes and pies I have ever seen.

We brought home a cinnamon roll the size of my face.
I'm not even kidding.
The size of my face, people.

We will definitely be going back.
and next time I'm bringing my stretchy pants.
